Mr. Johnson, since 1971, has provided expert witness testimony and reports for a large number of legislative and regulatory public hearings, city council meetings, board of supervisors meetings, and planning commissions. For the most part these events occurred in the 10 states in which Mr. Johnson is registered as a professional engineer. He has also provided expert opinions in proceedings involving both administrative and civil law.

Client: Universal Services Co. Inc., Houston, Texas - Expert witness testimony to the Texas Department of Health Services in a 1985 administrative law case involving a solid waste landfill in Harris County, Texas (Evergreen Project).

Client: Briscoe Maphis, Inc., Boulder, Colorado - Expert witness testimony to the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality in a 1985 administrative law case involving a landfarm facility in Iberville Parish, Louisiana.

Client: Dual Removal Systems, Ltd., North York, Ontario - Mr. Johnson provided an expert witness opinion for the law firm of Goodman & Carr, Toronto, Canada, in the 1993 case of Dual Transfer Systems, Ltd. vs. Hatch Associates, Ltd. The issue was a solid waste landfill transfer station.

Client: Birch, Porter, and Johnson, Memphis, Tennessee - In a 1994 case before the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, Mr. Johnson provided an expert witness opinion in the case of Mark W. Gregory, Wesley G. Grace et al. versus Chemical Waste Management, Inc. The issue was a hazardous waste facility in Alabama.

Client: Minton, Burton, Foster & Collins, Austin, Texas - Mr. Johnson provided an expert witness opinion in the lawsuit of WCS versus Envirocare. The issue was a hazardous waste facility in Texas.

Client: Nielsen and Senior, Salt Lake City, Utah - Mr. Johnson provided an expert opinion in the lawsuit of Semnani vs. USPCI. The issue was a hazardous waste facility in Utah.
